迟少英律师简历

迟少英，女， 1943 年 11 月 21 日出生，

1962 年毕业于山东省烟台体育学校。 1962 年至 1977 年在山东省蓬莱县人民银行工作，任会计、金库保管。 1977 年至 1990 年北京市地毯工业公司机关支部副书记。、经理办、人事劳动教育部、审计、监察、法规部、任主任。 1990 年至 1992 年北京市地毯四厂厂长、总支副书记。 1992 年至 1994 年北京福斯特汽车配件厂副厂长。 1994 年至 1999 年工艺美术职业学校任副校长工会主席。 1984 年由组织抽调到党校参加了北京市第一批企业法律顾问培训班脱产学习。通过考试于 1985 年 6 月份，经考核批准授予律师资格。同时一直做律师工作至今 19 年之久。

鉴于以上之情况，我一直是做管理工作，再加上律师工作时间之长所以就积累了比较丰富的律师执业经验和良好的法学理论功底。同时，具备很好的职业道德，能够坚持公平合理、公正的原则。积极地维护客户合法权益。

本人是统计师，又干过企业经营管理，所以除了干民事、刑事等案外，对经济案件、金融、劳动仲裁等擅长，担任法律顾问，向企业出谋献策也在行。

我的宗旨是热情周到、认真负责、主持正义、敢说敢做、兢兢业业地为客户提供优质、高效、全面一流的服务。

I graduated from Shandong Yantai gym school in 1962,.

From 1962 to 1977, I was accountant of shangdong penglai renmin bank.

From 1977 to 1990, I was secretary of the party, deputy director.

From 1990 to 1992, I was factory director and secretary of the party in Beijing forth carpet factory.

From 1992 to 1994, I was associate factory director in Beijing Ford Motor Fittings.

From 1994 to 1999, I was the chairmen of labour union in arts and crafts school.

I acquired the certificate lawyer in 1985, and from then on, I have been a lawyer for 19 years.

Equipped with my abundant experience, knowledge and morality, I can protect the customers rights properly. Furthermore, I have been an accountant, so except for civil and criminal cases, I am excellent in handling economic 、 financial and labour cases.

My principle is: passional, responsible, righteousness, frank and honest. I'll try my best to serve the customers.
